RESEP AYAM NANAS PEDAS MANIS









Ingredients :



step 1

chicken breast / dada ayam

3 tbsp corn starch / 3 sdm tepung maizena

1/4 tsp pepper  / 1/4 sdt lada

1/4 tsp salt / 1/4 sdt garam

1 egg / 1 telur ayam



Step 2  ( sauce )

2 tbsp soy sauce / 2 sdm kecap manis

2 tbsp oyster sauce / 2 sdm saus tiram

1 tbsp ketchup / 1 sdm saus tomat

1 tsp corn starch + water / 1 sdt maizena + air

1 cup water / air



step 3

3 garlic / 3 bawang putih

3 shallot / 3 bawang merah

4 green chili (  jelapano  ) / cabai hijau

4 red chili / cabai merah
